This apartment, located in the heart of Paris, was entirely restructured and redesigned to restore its brightness and dual-aspect layout, while highlighting its original architectural features. We opened up the space to bring light and volume into the main rooms, and selected light-toned materials to visually expand the interiors.

Polished concrete floors, a minimalist glass partition, and a streamlined fireplace lend the apartment a contemporary feel, which contrasts harmoniously with the irregular, time-worn ceiling beams. Oak doors introduce warmth and intimacy, balancing the modern elements.

To make the most of every square meter, all storage was custom-designed—wardrobes, closets, and shelving units are seamlessly integrated into each room’s architecture.
