We visit your location to discover the space, discuss your ideas and constraints, and suggest initial directions – verbally, with no written deliverables.

THE MISSION ECLAIR
A quick solution for small spaces or targeted projects. We work remotely, from your existing plans, with no site visit required.
- 1 project presentation meeting (1h30) by video or at the studio
- A design response – sketches, plans and/or mood studies – tailored to your project
€650 excl. VAT / €780 incl. VAT, provided your plans are usable.
Don't have a usable plan? We can visit your space to carry out a site survey.
€950 excl. VAT / €1,140 incl. VAT.
THE DESIGN MISSION
You have a clear project and want precise plans to start with confidence.
We support you from the first drawings through layout proposals, atmospheres and materials.
- Two dimensional plans of the existing layout and the proposed design
- Proposals for layouts, flooring, partitions and lighting
- Depending on needs, technical layouts (flooring, partitions and lighting), three dimensional views, mood boards, and material and colour selections.

THE FULL SERVICE MISSION
From the first sketch to handing over the keys, we take care of everything.
This includes the design mission, contractor consultations, site supervision, and final
handover and acceptance of the works.
