The layout and spatial organization of this apartment were completely reimagined. One of the original bedrooms, along with an adjacent storage room, was transformed into an open-plan kitchen and dining area connected to the living room. The former kitchen was converted into a shower room with private access from the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom was also equipped with its own bathroom.

Inspired by the previous occupant—a painter who had left his mark directly on the apartment walls—we developed a vibrant color palette that brings energy to the space while defining its new layout.
