This project involved merging two adjacent 55m² apartments—one already occupied by the client and the other newly acquired. Post-renovation, the combined apartment becomes dual-aspect, offering exceptional natural light and unique views over Paris and its surroundings.

The spacious bedroom suite—with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet—occupies the newly added section, along with the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which now connects seamlessly to the living room. The latter remains in its original location but has been expanded.

The former kitchen has been repurposed as a laundry room, while the client’s previous bedroom is now a welcoming space for visiting family and friends.
