This dual-aspect apartment, previously underlit and compartmentalized, was completely reconfigured to enhance natural light and functionality. The new layout includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and a combined living and dining area.

The existing kitchen was expanded, and the partition of one of the bedrooms was moved to create a larger, more open living space. Circulation throughout the apartment was reimagined to maximize built-in storage and to fully restore its through-light quality.
