This former rental apartment hadn’t been renovated in many years and had gradually lost its brightness and character. The new owners wanted to transform it into a functional family home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The renovation opened up the living area, introduced both bedrooms and bathrooms, and created a generous amount of built-in storage throughout. The kitchen was relocated into the main living space, allowing one of the bathrooms and a small dressing area to take its former place.

The primary bedroom remains in its original location, now bathed in afternoon sunlight, offering a calm and welcoming retreat.
